Thank you for choosing EraNova Beauté. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your orders within the UAE. Please read it carefully before placing a purchase.

1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. EraNova Beauté is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

2. DELIVERY TIMES
We deliver across the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase.
• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Please note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons such as Ramadan, Eid, or other UAE public holidays. These delays are outside our control but we will always keep you updated.

3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location within the UAE.
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of AED [X]
• Free Shipping on orders over AED [X]
Note: EraNova Beauté is a dropshipping business. In some cases, your order may be shipped directly from our supplier. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive your confirmation email. If your tracking number is not showing any updates after 48 hours, please contact us at eranovabeaute@gmail.com.

5. TAXES & VAT
All prices displayed on our store are inclusive of applicable VAT in accordance with UAE law. There are no hidden charges or additional fees applied at checkout beyond the shipping rate.

6. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please take the following steps:
1. Check your tracking link for the latest update.
2. Check with neighbours or your building reception in case the parcel was left with them.
3. Contact your local courier or post office with your tracking number.
4. If your order is still missing, email us at eranovabeaute@gmail.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the courier.
Please allow up to 5 business days for investigations to be completed. Orders confirmed as lost will be refunded or reshipped at no additional cost to you.

7. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please:
• Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) before opening fully
• Email eranovabeaute@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
